1. School data on student population broken down by race/ethnicity/gender.
2. Title VII Indian Education count broken down by tribal group.
3. Most recent Title VII grant proposal.
4. School improvement plan.
5. School vision and mission statements.
6. American Indian programs vision and mission statement.
7. American Indian programs goals and objectives statements.
8. All applicable standards (including national, state, local, tribal).
9. Historical documents relative to the history of Indian education at the school.
10. School budget breakdown showing Indian education line items.
11. A count of Indian personnel and volunteers and their roles/titles.
12. Any inventories of school and classroom libraries.
